You can become a member by purchasing any product at LEGO Certified Store and LEGO Certified Online Store. Just fill in the relevant personal information, the system will automatically create a membership for you, you can accumulate points and enjoy member privileges and discounts.

2. Can I earn member points for online shopping?
The amount spent on the LEGO Certified Online Store is also applicable to the benefits of the Kidsland Reward Program membership program, including the membership points program and the amount required for membership upgrades. The online shopping amount and points will be updated then next day after shopping.

3. Can I change my membership information online?
You can change your correspondence address online. If you want to change other member information, you must visit each LEGO Certified Store or email us. Our LEGO Ambassadors are happy to assist you.

4. Why is the password not accepted?
Your password must be at least 8 characters, including English letters and numbers, with upper and lower case.

5. What should I do if I forget the login password?
