  1. For online purchase, all exchanges or refunds must be handled at physical LEGO® store.
     
  2. Exchanges or refunds must be requested within 14 calendar days from date of purchase.
     
  3. With original LEGO® Certified Online Store purchase receipt, all parts remain intact with complete packaging and unopened.
     
  4. If the product is opened, and there are missing pieces or damaged situation, customers can contact LEGO® customer service hotline at +852 800960153.
     
  5. Products can be exchanged with products at the same price or higher value once only.
  6. Refund will be based on the original method of payment.
     
  7. Gift certificates, Gift cards and all promotional coupons are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
     
  8.  “Pick-A-Brick” items, “Build-A-Mini” items, blind pack items, consumables, merchandise with promotional gifts, seasonal products and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
     
  9. Delivery fee and plastic shopping bags charges are non-refundable
